Sweet and sour pork

Cha chan tan are small restaurants usually opened all day long (sometimes 24h a day) where you can find good food for cheap prices. One of my favorite meals in cha chan tans is Gu Lo Yuk (pmp) ie sweet and sour pork. Depending on restaurants, they may serve pork meatballs or pork ribs, the latter being the best when crispy. Should you know the correct pinyin for this meal or (even better) the Chinese signs, please leave a comment!
