Beef with stir fried rice noodles

Another one of my favorite meals in cha chan tans: beef with fried rice noodles, which you may order by trying to pronounce “gong tsao ao ho” (pmp). Very fat meal (lots of oil in it).. so very good meal! The presentation may differ depending on the cha chan tans, but usually it looks like the picture above. As cheap as 30 HKD (sometimes more, sometimes less) and available throughout the day, I strongly recommend to all HK lovers to try it once!
