The picture above was taken in Chongqing Road, Shanghai. People are China’s assets, and sometimes several traffic cops are necessary in order to regulate the traffic on such huge roads. In Hong Kong though, there are much less cops regulating the traffic, most likely because streets are much narrower there than in Shanghai or Beijing.
